Structural Assessment and Architectural Design at Scenic Hudson's Stockport Flats Park
Scenic Hudson wishes to enter into an agreement with a licensed NYS architect/structural engineer for services to assess the structural integrity of a concrete foundation slab located in Stockport, Columbia County and provide a report specifying repairs (if any) necessary to stabilize the slab for reuse as a foundation for a park pavilion. Additionally, Scenic Hudson is seeking design / construction documents for a pavilion structure to be installed on the property. The Scope of Work is described in the request for proposal documents linked below.
