More than 200 Parks Fans Enjoy Annual Festival

Crowds gathered at Poets' Walk for our Aug. 16 Parks Festival

This year's Aug. 16 Scenic Hudson Parks Festival was a big success. On Saturday morning people from all over the Hudson Valley participated in hunting for one-of-a-kind "quest stamps" at Fishkill Ridge, Foundry Dock Park, Black Creek Preserve and Shaupeneak Ridge. In the afternoon, people gathered at Poets Walk Park for live music, food and fun, where everyone who collected a quest stamp in the morning was entered in a special raffle. Congratulations to our grand prize winner Jeff Gross of Merrick, New York (Nassau County) who went home with a brand new kayak!
